Need ability to filter by form fields
It would be great if the report tool would allow filtering by the fields in the template that is the data source for the report. Once the template has been selected in the form designer, the user should be able to filter by one or more fields in that template.
For example, we have a form that reports on working hours for the previous month (which obviously cannot be completed until after the start of the next month). So because the date filters currently provided are dynamic and are based on form creation/submission/updated dates, not on the actual form data,…

Can we please add more than two templates to a report. Unlimited would be nice, but I would need at a minimum for six templates.

Reporting Audit for changes to reports
Adding audits for reports to see who and when someone makes changes. This can affect reports run by workflow and these changes are not reflected in the workflow version.

Form Filter Options
Add another filter option for Year To Date (YTD) on the forms page. (The current filter options are: Today, this week, this month, last month, 90 days, all time)
Add the ability to set a filter option as the default. (Currently defaults to last 90 days)

Reports older than 90 days
My company performs inspections quarterly or sometimes annually. When in the field reports are no longer accessible past 90 days causing us to have to re-invent customer forms on the fly. Data is getting lost and there are inconsistencies. This is negating the need for your product and slowing us down. Support tells me the forms aren't lost, just not accessible. A 90 day quarter my in fact turn into 180 days if work is performed on the first day of one quarter and the last of the next quarter.

Make the Reports available to API call them. This is more beneficial than workflows

User data access options for reporting
Having the option in the user settings to make either all data available to users/contractors or to only provide access to user/contractor specific data for reporting purposes. For privacy reasons I don't want all users to be able to access and produce reports on each others private data.

Allow Metadata Report filtering by Forms in Draft
A customer has reached out requesting the ability to use a Metadata filter in the Reporting tool that will pull data from Forms that are currently in Draft. Currently, the only filters available are Form Name, Last Update Date, Created Date, and Completed Date.

Time stamp camera photos
Please find a way to have a time stamp option for photos we can take and upload into the reports.
Example, when I click “add image” it gives me the option to select “camera” or “browse”. It would add value to this software if the photos taken with “camera” had the date time and gps location stamped in the upper right hand corner to prove the legitimacy of the photo taken.

Make filtering on forms available at lower tiers
Enable the ability to filter on custom form data at the Advanced level instead of at the Enterprise.

Report Filter - Complete in last hour
Allow filters in reports to be less than one day. Each hour would be ideal for us for exporting fresh information from the template.

Ability to create reports to identify uncompleted forms
Create a reporting category or tool that would allow for a report to be generated to find and identify forms that have not been completed. It is not uncommon to have someone start a form or even fill out all the data but forget to hit complete. This would be helpful for finding these forms and ensuring they get completed.
