Workflow Options with Updating Datasource

Expand the Workflow options with updating Datasources, without using professional assistance
eg:
if entry doesn't exist then add to data source

If entry does exist then ( warn user) or ( prevent user from continuing), etc

    This is a feature I am also interested in.
    Just the ability to push the information from a form onto a datasource.

    And additionally, delete a row in a datasource based on its unique identifier.

    This would be a key feature for me.
