Notification Emails for Queued workflows
Want to have a notification sent to the Admins in the account when workflows are taking longer than 30 minutes. Some of the queued workflows have been taking 4/5 hrs for

With the new throttling measures (only 10 jobs can be processing at one time), we recently had a 5 hour traffic jam of jobs because of an SQL issue affecting GoFormz (we have SQL integration steps on most of our workflows). The jam took us 5 hours to notice because SQL failures often retry and can take several retries before it properly fails, so we were only getting notified of the failures a few at a time and over the course of several hours. It took us 5 hours to realize that there was a major traffic jam where almost all of our workflow jobs were queued waiting for the 10 currently retrying SQL jobs to fail.
I request that GoFormz create an email alert similar to the Failed Workflow notifications that SysAdmins currently get, which notified us when a Workflow Job has been "queued" for longer than 20 minutes (or a number of minutes set by us?)
I'd like to know when there are workflow jobs that are sitting around waiting for their turn to process so I know to take a look and make sure that there isn't another issue causing the wait.
