Show List View Section and Field Description on Mobile Apps

Add the ability to display list view sections and field descriptions on the Mobile Apps (currently viewable on the Web App List View)

    I don't understand why "Description" doesn't show up for all fields when on the iOS app under List View. I have Checkbox groups with descriptions that show up on List View on web, but not on the iOS app. This seems like a oversight... why would it show on one but not the other?

    Please, please, please have ALL field descriptions show up on the iOS app just like they show up on web. I don't even think this needs to be an option... they show up on List View on the web, just have the iOS app be consistent with that behavior.

    would be a great feature to have, as admins want to guide their users on how to fill out the forms, but for reporting purposes, they can't name the field a description of how the field should be filled in.
