LOST GO FORMS WHEN OUT OF CELL SERVICE
We are still having issues with the mobile app and losing go forms. My service tech was at a job site Monday and out of Cell service and did 2 service sheets. My tech had required truck information, service work details, and parts used with part numbers that was taken off of the parts when they were put on the equipment and signature showing he had been at the jobsite and that the work was complete. When he left, he lost all information on both service sheets. PLEEEEEAAAAASSSSEEE, put a save button on the mobile app, just like the one on the desktop version. This is so ridiculous. I have contacted you guys numerous times about this issue, and NOTHING has been resolved. I feel like I pay plenty enough $ a month to have this taken care of and a little customer service heard and fixed. We have lost so many service sheets its not funny. I have lost $ because we have lost part numbers and therefore cant charge the customer the exact amount because we dont have the part number to verify which part was used and get the correct pricing. PLEASE add a save button. As many times as you guys tell me that it does save it until you get into cell service or wifi, IT DOES NOT ALWAYS. WE PROBABLY LOSE AT LEAST 1 SERVICE SHEET A WEEK WHEN WE ARE OUT OF CELL SERVICE.
