  2. User information tracking

    Being able to use information about the person filling in the public form. Email/Phone number, computer name, or IP address in the form.
    This is to track/confirm the identity of the person.

  4. Public Form Pop-up notice for end-users

    Has goformz thought about allowing a pop up to come up when someone opens a public form? Basically just a quick message or reminder? Would be neat to be able to edit and publish that as well.

    Basically if there are deadlines to the form, notices about the form, changes that have been made to the form, or events that have to do with the form they could all be put in the pop-up. Just like a small message that pops up as like a reminder of sorts, but something you don’t want to be on the form itself.
