Report form and template metadata in the account timezone rather than UTC
When generating a report, display metadata dates of each form and template in the timezone selected for the account.

Admins will now be able to set the Date Format and Timezone for all date-based metadata included in CSV exports generated from the GoFormz Reporting tool or Bulk Form Exports on the Forms tab.
To change this setting, navigate to the Settings page under Account Details.
