When an approval process is in place, it is confusing to end users that selecting "Complete" actually sends the form on to the next stage in a form journey. It would be helpful to have custom options for this button such as "Stage 2", "Send to Manager", etc. In this way end users would have a better understanding of which stage the form is currently in and what the next stage of the approval process is.
