Allow customers to cancel trial
Customers who are on trial would be able to cancel their account instead of letting their trial time run out and transitioning to basic.

Some users sign up for a trial account before we can add them to our account which leads to us needing to free up the trial account. If there was an option to cancel the trial account and make that email available when adding to our account that would be very helpful.
