  1. chat bubble location

    The chat box pops up on the right side of the screen and covers the information that we are typically looking at and updating. consider moving it so that you don't have to keep bouncing back and forth can be annoying as you can't see both at the same time

  2. Ability to add links to frequently used items

    Allow admins to create links to templates/reports etc that they often access.
