Online User Forum/Community

GoFormz Form Builder is complex and extremely customizable, as are the Workflows. Every platform I admin with this level of customization has a community forum for users to discuss solutions to common needs. I was really surprised to find that GoFormz did not.
Additionally, I'm sorry to say, the GoFormz documentation is severely lacking. There are huge gaps in documentation (like Workflow Actions such as UpdateForm having no dedicated documentation explaining how it works and how to use it), and the documentation that does exist is extremely basic with little to no examples of use cases (try figuring out how to make a robust approval workflow with GoFormz support documentation alone...)
If you want Support to stop having to field so many users asking basic questions and help figuring out workflow and conditional logic that isn't well documented, give the users a community they can turn to. This is pretty standard at this point.
If this is a case of GoFormz wanting to sell their professional service hours, you will /always/ have companies willing to just pay professional service hours do get things done because they don't have the staff or skill sets to have it done in house. But for those who have IT/IS teams and who were sold on GoFormz because of the level of customization, the support documentation and lack of user community is really failing them.
To be fair, I don't know how old GoFormz is as a company or how large your staff is. I can imagine starting a user community does take some resources and management. I really hope you consider this idea for the future, and I know I would love to hear about its progress.
