  1. Folder Nesting / Organization

    We have a lot of different Categories of folders, and would benefit from folder nesting. Currently, there are NO folder nesting capabilities :(

  2. feature?

    New to GoFormz and really like it! but i have a problem with csv export. In my template I have multiple lines for "parts" when i export to csv it creates 1 row with multiple "parts", "part1", :part2".... columns and for importing into quickbooks desktop 2024 pro as estimate it must be Multiple Parts under one column "parts" can this be done somehow with a different layout in my template or maybe added in a future release as a new feature? currently i need to manually modify each csv pivoting "parts" colums to rows and this is not ideal as…

  3. Properties to Set Visual of Number with Certain Digit Number

    Option to set visual of Number with certain Digit on Properties Auto Number.
    as example, i would like to set number of my report in one year max 1000 report. ( 4 Digit )
    its mean, start from 1 january until end of Dec, my report number sould be as like below:
    Report No. 0001
    Report No. 0025
    Report No. 0378
    Report No. 0999
    Report No. 1000
    All Report was maintain with 4 Digit Number.

  4. Interruption Notification

    If there is a service interruption, please have that come up when you log in. We were investigating the email outage and didn't see that it was an incident until we went to the chat menu.

  5. Provide a Lite Document Management feature

    As well as providing forms for our field workers, we want to provide reference documents to them like SOPs, Equipment Maintenance Notes, Material Safety Data Sheets, etc. We'd also like to be able to push these out via GoFormz so they are available offline, just like the form templates, but without having to open up each document to force it down to the tablet while they have connectivity.

  7. Portal for Known Issues that can be accessed by customers

    Add a section to our public portal that shows what known bugs or issues GoFormz is experiencing an working on fixing.
