Add a bulk 'enable' or 'disable' feature within the Workflow management tab
It would be helpful to add a way to bulk turn on or turn off workflows from within the workflow management tool rather than having to go through on a one-off basis.

Remove workflow syntax prompts where non-applicable
In some cases, the workflow builder suggests syntax prompts that are non-applicable to the section in question. For example, with a Get Images Step the image field name should be copy/pasted exactly as is (ex:"Image", not listed in the variable syntax (ex: "#{trigger.Image}"). Similarly, when referencing a SQL Table in the SQL Upsert Row step, you just need to copy/paste the name of the table in SQL. The workflow shouldn't prompt you to enter GoFormz outputs in the variable syntax.

List Output in Get Excel Table workflow step
The Get Excel Table step for OneDrive does not list the outputs collected in the step. It needs to show that the output collected is #{GetExcelTable.dataSetUrl} so that it can be easily referenced in later steps.

Ability to rerun a workflow from a specific step
The Idea: Please add the ability to rerun a workflow job from a specific step. For example, if a workflow has 5 steps and fails on step 3, I want to be able to choose where the workflow reruns from. I could have it rerun from step 3, so that steps 1 and 2 are not rerun, or I could rerun it from step 2 so that all steps but step 1 would rerun.

We regularly deal with failed workflow steps, the most common of which is Procore File Upload failing and SQL Upserts failing. When a workflow is duplicated, it is active by default. IMO, tt Should be deactivated.

Include automated activity audit trail to Message Status
The ability to include an audit trail of where an email was triggered from. For example, within the Message Status tab - if you click on an email it will populate a Message Status box. We should include info on whether that email was triggered from a Template Event (and if so - which Template), in addition to if it was fired from a Workflow (and which Workflow)

Notification when connected app is disconnected
Sending a notification email that lets the customer know said integration has been disconnected so that they don't have hundreds of workflows running and failing. If we can catch the root cause of this then I think the customer will be greatly impacted in a good way

Stop having 'All Templates' be the default template selected when creating a workflow.
I maybe understand if someone is creating a Workflow from the 'create workflow' button in the workflows section, but if someone is on a particular template, and they go to Workflows from the template section, any subsequent workflows should automatically select that template.
Anywhere that 'All Templates' is default should have some sort of checkbox to confirm that you want this workflow to trigger on every single template.
2 votesIf on a particular template, and you go to Workflows Recipes from the template section, any subsequent workflows will automatically select that template in the trigger.

For long workflows it would be useful to be able to drag and drop workflow steps, rather than needing to push the up and down buttons.

Allow for semicolon to be used as a separator in Send Email action for To, CC, BCC
Suggestion make ; and , acceptable separators in all fields (TO, CC, BCC)
When emailing as part of a workflow if using a ; to separate email addresses in the CC field the workflow will fail. using a , will work. When using a ; in the TO field the workflow does not seem to have any issues.
This is an issue for us as we also integrate with SendGrid and it requires a ; and not , as a separator so a workaround for us means changing our formats based on what we are integrating with at the time.

Only email a report if there is data
Reports go out to people regardless of there being any data in them. Need to have the option to only send reports if they have content

Export Report to CSV now includes an output for 'hasData', this can be used in Step Conditions for sending an email or uploading a third to a third party to terminate a workflow or skip a step if hasData is 'False'. Step Conditions can be found under the Advanced section.
