Remove workflow syntax prompts where non-applicable
In some cases, the workflow builder suggests syntax prompts that are non-applicable to the section in question. For example, with a Get Images Step the image field name should be copy/pasted exactly as is (ex:"Image", not listed in the variable syntax (ex: "#{trigger.Image}"). Similarly, when referencing a SQL Table in the SQL Upsert Row step, you just need to copy/paste the name of the table in SQL. The workflow shouldn't prompt you to enter GoFormz outputs in the variable syntax.

Dynamic Groups
It would be useful to be able to dynamically create a group from form data, so that GoFormz users who are selected from form fields can be automatically put into a group and receive a transferred form together through the Transfer Form step.

Include Time Zone Names in Time Zone Dropdown (besides city names)
Please include an option for the dropdown menu for the time zone to select the name of the time zone (as opposed to continent/city). I just want to be able to pick "USA Central Time" or "USA Eastern Time." In some instances, it can be useful to search for a specific city name, but it would be helpful/faster to also be able to just quickly select a time zone by the name of that time zone.

Workflow Trigger: Form Reopened
The ability to launch a workflow when a form from a template is reopened (status changed from complete to draft). Certain customers need the ability to make revisions required as soon as a document that was previously completed is reopened, and there is not currently a simple way to do this in the GoFormz platform.

Email PDF - Visible pages only please
I'm looking to have a workflow that emails a PDF to be signed. The template I created has many hidden pages that are only visible depending on the requirements being triggered by the use of the form. I only want the pages that are visible to be emailed as a PDF, but currently all pages, even hidden pages are emailed. It would be great to have an option in the "email pdf' workflow to send only the visible pages.

Easier ability to quickly map fields in an Upsert or Add Row Workflow
It can be tedious going one-by-one.
What if you could upload a CSV into the "Worksheet Column Name Mapping" section with two columns, and the values of the Worksheet Column Name and Customized Column Name in each column?

Include all form meta data fields in Workflows
Why is it that the Report can show Template Field meta data for 'Created Date' and 'Created By Name' and yet these aren't available in the workflow to export to excel? These exist in the data so why am I not able to reference in my workflow?
All meta data is important information. Knowing who the original creator of a form was is more important to me than who took ownership or edited the record.
I believe that all form fields and meta data fields should be accessible in workflows, for filtering or in exporting the data to other applications…

Compressing Files in Workflow
Hi team,
I'm wondering if we can compress files into Zip in workflow and upload the compressed file to sharepoint folder.
Our purpose is to move every job related file into one folder, so a zip file compressing can be a Creating New Folder action.Thanks.

Workflow trigger for Form.Create, Form.Complete, and Form.Delete
A single workflow trigger that works across all three events would be super helpful for replicating GoFormz data to a data warehouse. This would enable advanced reporting for draft vs. completed forms, and make workflow management much easier as you wouldn't need separate workflows for Complete vs. Delete like we do now.

When creating a form via a workflow, allow tables to be copied to the new form, with the option to select which columns are copied.

Workflow schedule - hourly option
There needs to be an option for hourly report creation, not just daily. The work around is to have numerous workflows scheduled to be run every hour, but this is really messy. Clogs up the workflow screen. There just needs to be the option to run a workflow hourly. And even better is to be able to run a report hourly between a certain time period (business hours).

The ability to save notes into a datasource so that the notes can be pulled into new forms using the same key values
The ability to save notes into a datasource so that the old notes, from previous forms, can be pulled into new forms using the same key values. Example: An annual inspection sheet uses a datasource of customers, and the user wants to be able to see notes from previous inspections, from previous years. They also want to be able to remove the previous notes if they no longer apply.
