   It's best to push GoFormz data to systems such as Excel, SQL Server, or other data stores that are supported by Power BI: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/power-bi-data-sources

   We have the ability to send emails to specific email addresses based on Form responses utilizing step conditions. This would require adding additional Send Email steps with Skip Conditions based on response for each.
