Include all form meta data fields in Workflows
Why is it that the Report can show Template Field meta data for 'Created Date' and 'Created By Name' and yet these aren't available in the workflow to export to excel? These exist in the data so why am I not able to reference in my workflow?
All meta data is important information. Knowing who the original creator of a form was is more important to me than who took ownership or edited the record.
I believe that all form fields and meta data fields should be accessible in workflows, for filtering or in exporting the data to other applications…

Remove deleted forms from UPSERT
Deleted forms remain in UPSERT excel document. I understand UPSERT is only update and insert, but it would be great to be able to trigger removal of rows when a form is deleted from GoFormz.

Workflow schedule - hourly option
There needs to be an option for hourly report creation, not just daily. The work around is to have numerous workflows scheduled to be run every hour, but this is really messy. Clogs up the workflow screen. There just needs to be the option to run a workflow hourly. And even better is to be able to run a report hourly between a certain time period (business hours).

Ability to use a single workflow for a Template for both completed and public forms
Ability to have the option to trigger if a Template is a completed form or a Public Form submitted instead of having to create workflows for each scenario.

Email lists
The way emails have to be set up in the Template Events is very prone to errors, difficult to edit etc.
Would like to have the ability to create distribution lists that I can quickly select instead of having to manually type out email addresses.

"Select All" Field Mapping Option
When configuring a form-to-form workflow between duplicate forms built from the same template (often with 100+ fields), most fields need to be mapped 1:1. Currently, each field must be manually added and mapped individually, which is time-consuming and increases the risk of errors.
It would significantly improve efficiency to have a “Select All” or “Auto-Map Matching Fields” option that automatically includes all fields with matching names, allowing the user to simply deselect any exceptions.
This would:
- Reduce setup time for large forms
- Minimize manual mapping errors

I think there should be a better or more noticeable means of notification. The current notification seems a bit light and unrecognizable so much that every time you transfer a JSA to your co-worker, you have to verbally tell them you sent it. Thank you.

Create New DataSource using Workflow
I would like to request the ability to add CREATE DATASOURCE from the goformz workflow menu and permit the naming of the new datasource to be able to dynamically retrieve the info from the completd form to add metadata to the new datasource. Will also need to be able to retrieve the unique ID of the newly created datasource to add to base datasource for indexing needs.

GoFormz GET Forms API incomplete
Addition of CreatedDateTime and CompletedDateTime to the Get-Formz API calls. Currently LastUpdateDateTime is included.
CreatedDateTime, LastUpdatedDateTime and CompletedDateTime are all included in the Report Templates csv exports, they would also be very useful in the API call.
