  1. workflow which emails whenever a folder is given access to a folder

    whenever the admin gives a user or group access to a folder through the user and groups settings an email is sent to the users

  2. Advanced Reopen Completed Forms Time Feature

    An advanced feature to "Reopen Completed Forms" in user permissions that allows a group to reopen completed forms for only a selected period of time (Example: within one hour from submitting the form)
