I need low level management access to dropdown collections to edit them without permission to templates.

You can now access Drop Down Collections directly at this link without needing permission to manage the template.

GoFormz now has quick links that are available from the welcome page.
You can link access to your drop down collections from this quick link and access them at any time. You don't need access to the template.
