1. LOST GO FORMS WHEN OUT OF CELL SERVICE

   We are still having issues with the mobile app and losing go forms. My service tech was at a job site Monday and out of Cell service and did 2 service sheets. My tech had required truck information, service work details, and parts used with part numbers that was taken off of the parts when they were put on the equipment and signature showing he had been at the jobsite and that the work was complete. When he left, he lost all information on both service sheets. PLEEEEEAAAAASSSSEEE, put a save button on the mobile app, just like the one on the desktop version. This is so ridiculous. I have contacted you guys numerous times about this issue, and NOTHING has been resolved. I feel like I pay plenty enough $ a month to have this taken care of and a little customer service heard and fixed. We have lost so many service sheets its not funny. I have lost $ because we have lost part numbers and therefore cant charge the customer the exact amount because we dont have the part number to verify which part was used and get the correct pricing. PLEASE add a save button. As many times as you guys tell me that it does save it until you get into cell service or wifi, IT DOES NOT ALWAYS. WE PROBABLY LOSE AT LEAST 1 SERVICE SHEET A WEEK WHEN WE ARE OUT OF CELL SERVICE.

2. Disable or decrease palm sensitivity on iPads for Apple Pencil use

   I have noticed our testing that the GoFormz app is very sensitive to standard palm touches when using the Apple pencil on forms causing the form to jump around or zoom in or out whle trying to write in a field and the palm rests on the screen.

   I have worked with other apps that have a setting to disable entirely or to turn down the sensitivity to all “touches” except the Apple Pencil (and keyboard of course).

   This would be very helpful and make actual form filling out much more useful since the handwriting to text works so effectively on iPads now.

3. Remotely log out All user

   Remotely log out All user
   Dear Team, we got some issues on Sync, might because massive Data uploading.
   We have to call and beg every user out there to log out and log in and Sync all data from 0.
   So we believe an option to log off all users would force everyone to re-log in and Sync all data.

   This can be accomplished at the individual user level, but we're interested to learn more about your needs for a bulk log out.
