How can we improve the GoFormz experience?

Issue

iPad app issue:
When I’m using the app on my iPad, and when I have it open then go to another app and return to yours, half the screen is blanked off.
To correct it I have to tilt the iPad from landscape to portrait.

Any idea how to fix this?
