My Company uses Goformz as work forms showing work done on each job. We then email the forms into a collective email box for approval. A second shop under our account is using two approvals levels, (Supervisor Level, and Approver level) once the field hand completes the form it is transferred to Supervisor group. Once the supervisor approves the time on the form, it is completed and transferred to Approver group. Both times an email is sent to the inbox letting them know a form was sent to the group each with email subjects denoting the stage of approval for the form. Until the final approver from Approver group which sends it as "Approved_[Job#]_[Date]" While meeting with the team for this area. They requested I add a link in the emails alerting the groups that a job is awaiting approval, so that those groups could see their job and just take the link directly to the form. I was attempting to set this up as it makes perfect sen
se, but after consulting with Goformz support chat, they asked I enter it here!
Also somethings of note : I am able to link to the form page but attempting to attach the "Form ID" has failed to create a link to the form!
