Set Display Properties for List View Fields

Add support for different color backgrounds, font color, and other display properties on List View forms.

    Customer requesting the ability to change the color of all border colors in List view. Specifically the "Unnamed Section" at the top. Use case relevance: having the same color throughout helps branding stay consistent while customers are filling out their forms in List View.

    It would be Nice to be able to change the size of the fonts in the List View as can be done in Form View with Display. I can hardly see the Text on a Phone and there is plenty of space to Double the size of the Field Names
