  2. Can you please add a function to the Attachment field that adds attachments to the email along with the Form PDF? Or a Template event that will extract Attachments and add them to the email that is sent when a form is completed?

  3. We would like the ability for the form designer to choose which time entry method is displayed for the Time field. In the desktop form experience, time entry is displayed as a window with 3 dropdowns (Hour, Minute, and AM/PM). However, on the same form in the mobile experience, the time entry is displayed in a clock face, where first you must select the hour on the clock face and then the minute, which we have come to realize is apparently confusing to some users, resulting in incorrect time entry.   4. The "Date Stamp" properties for image fields need more configuration options, like being able to select where on the image the stamp is placed (Top, Center, Bottom, Left, Center, Right). Right now the stamp appears in the lower right corner only. Since that stamp pulls data from the image properties/metadata, it would also be nice if there were more options on what to display on the stamp besides date, such as time, location/coordinates, etc.

  6. When there are more than 2 tags on a form, you see the first two then a link that will say "2 more" if there was say 4. I'm left with enough empty white space for like 10 tags, and the 1 and 2 more situations feel silly to have to click in. Would be nice if there was more visible, say cut of at 5 or 4 instead of 2, or if it was dynamic and you can show as many as you have white space for.

  7. Is there way to make the search function for the database dropdown menu more dynamic? It requires you to type the phrase in the exact order which is a little bit restrictive. For example, if I am searching for the name William Florin Smith, I cannot type in William Smith, because it is missing Florin, it will only show up if I type in William Florin. Is there a way to make the search a little more dynamic with the options it shows?

  8. It would be nice if it is possible to add the function "required" in the table cell, as the check item allows. So it is not neccesary to add a lot of check marks in documents as check list. If it is availabla that option, it woud be faster to state as requited a long check list, using table cells instead of checks.

  10. We use the Auto Number field to auto populate WO#'s whenever a form is created. This feature is very useful through using the Custom Key to link all forms to spit out consecutive numbers.

    The only thing is, when I want to duplicate a form - this field does not auto populate/nor is it manually editable. It stay the same as the original form.

  11. Allow pictures to be saved off of forms that are submitted. Currently you can't save an image off of a form that has been submitted. We often get great photographs submitted on our forms that could be saved and used as project photographs to our project files. We are not able to do that off of the form right now.

  13. When updating Collections, at this point in time I have to go into a form that has this link within it. Is it possible to create an independent main menu link to Manage Collections without have to go through a form to do so?

  15. It would be good to have dynamic tables, so that lines can be added as needed. For example on a service report to record parts used, or days worked. If we set up the timesheet portion as 7 days and the job takes 10 days, they curranty would need to open another report.

  18. Provide more font options in the Page Elements fields. This feature has so much potential to make our forms more dynamic, but we cannot use it until our standard font Trebuchet MS is added. Without more fonts, we cannot match our page elements to our the fonts in our PDF. I expect this could be easy to implement because the fonts are already available in GoForms text fields.

  19. Please remove the automatic comma when concatenating tables. It makes it very difficult to manage when a table has blanks. It would be great to be able to choose what to use as a separator so I can choose null or blank space when I need it.
