Ability to add company logo to list view

Is it possible to add our company logo to our templates? We would like to put the logo in the list view. The ability to add a logo via Gravatar or other methods to the list view would be great. We will be using your form system for employee application forms.

    Currently, the goal is to use the List View as part of our Employee Training Plan. I know some software(s) let you upload a logo in the profile section. The logo is then automatically placed in newly created documents. The list view is very simple and provides a user friendly way of making a form which is awesome. However, the simplicity doesn't allow the user to own the form. Allowing the company logo will allow the user to own the form and make it unique. Additionally, my company requires for the company logo to be on forms and controlled documents.
