Please add more functionality to the date fields (I specifically need mm/yyyy and dd-MMM-yyyy - it was last suggested as an improvement a year ago. It can't be that hard to do!!!

For date/time fields have the capability to do custom formatting eg “dd/mm”

I understand why the date field has limited options. mm/yy isn't a complete date and would be tricky (if possible) to store properly as date data.

I suppose you could have the date picker adjust to only show d m y individually if they are part of the chosen format, but that sounds like a ton of work for a niche need, and again, you'd run into date value data issues.

For OP, I use a text field with the mm/yy or yy formatting on it and make the default value = a date field that the user can use.

Integration of the formates "yy.mm.dd" and "dd.mm.yy" in date fields.

It would be great if the date field could be set to default to the date the form is COMPLETED (not the date that form is created).
