Enabling users to set a row limit vs character limit
Currently, mobile and desktop versions have different ways of recognizing justified vs unjustified text which means there are different numbers of characters per line of text depending on the device. Limiting the number of characters doesn't necessarily mean that a user can't add too many lines of text that then don't get pulled through onto a pdf copy that is passed off or uploaded down the line.

I have the exact same issue!
Users end up entering more text than is visible.
Set my address field to 5 rows, users enter 6.
Character limit does not help as you can set it too high still.
No happy medium
