Recycle Bin for Deleted Forms
Since the delete permission options are so limited, I wish deleted items fell into a recycle bin that either only Administrators could see or were permission based. This way I can give folks the ability to delete their pile of drafts, but still catch anything that shouldn't have been deleted. Even if the bin perma-deleted anything older than, say, 30 days.
