Improve accessing dropdown collections
Please provide a simpler way to get to drop down collections. Right now you have to open a template to access it.

Custom quick links are now available on the Welcome page. You can create up to 6 quick links for easy access to Reports, Dropdown Collections, specific Templates, and more. It's easy to create a custom quick link, select an icon, choose a name, and then add a URL.

When updating Collections, at this point in time I have to go into a form that has this link within it. Is it possible to create an independent main menu link to Manage Collections without have to go through a form to do so?

Make managing Drop Down 'Collections' easier to add, edit, and update. I feel like it should be just like 'Datasources', where I can go in and see all of the ones we have created and can edit them easily without having to go into edit the template.

Making Dropdown Collections more accessible in the Web App navigation so that you do not have to navigate through the Template Editor.
