Add Rich text editing in multi-line text boxes

My group would really like it if multi-line text boxes on a form had some rich text editing capabilities.

They would like to be able to do things like insert bullet points, change font size and bold certain pieces of text, and highlight or change font color of certain pieces of text within a multi-line text box.

We have certain open text fields on our form where plain text isn't good enough.

    Is there a reason this hasn't been an update after 5+ years of this product?
    Wondering if there is some other solution I'm missing that people are doing in the abscence of rich text direct entry.
    Do everything in post wastes more time than it saves at times.

    Also would like to see the text box expand based on the length of the content input.

    I would also like to able to limit a Multi-Line text box to a certain number of lines.
