Allow Forms to be Transferred without Opening
On the Forms page where it lists all of our created forms, there's an Action column to the far Right. We can do all kinds of things to that particular Form by clicking the three-dot menu. Rename it. Add to a Workflow. PLEASE add Transfer to that list.

Currently on the Forms Tab you can transfer forms you own using the bulk actions menu. Select the checkbox of the form or forms you own that you want to transfer and select "Transfer Forms" from the Bulk Actions Menu without opening the form.
