Send reminders to complete a form via text message or email

Can a reminder be sent and resent after a certain time period has passed for someone to complete a form?

    Our technicians require a notification or prompt from the app when they connect to Wi-Fi. They frequently forget to upload or sync their forms, leading to billing delays. Implementing this prompt or reminder would be highly beneficial in addressing this issue.

    Do not have the time or staff to babysit. The reminder should go out no later than 48 hours upon starting form
