Default Settings for Form Based Public Form

For users sending many Public Forms, the ability to set default toggles and settings on the Public Forms module, in order to eliminate steps.

    This would save me multiple clicks and entries per form.
    These several clicks and redundant entries over and over times
    100 + forms per week adds up to many hours wasted.
    User defaults are the way to go.
