Our templates are living documents that we frequently update for continuous improvement. We have many tables in an older template where we’d like to insert items between existing rows. Some tables contain over 100 rows, and we want the data to shift without leaving gaps at the insertion points. Additionally, we have hidden data alongside each row that needs to stay aligned with specific items. Ideally, we’d like to avoid manually shifting data row by row.
