Currently, GoFormz does not provide a feature that allows administrators to see which forms have been deleted or identify the user who performed the deletion. This creates a gap in control and traceability, especially in environments where multiple users work with the same templates or workflows.

I propose adding a "Deleted Forms Log" feature that would:

1. Display a history of recently deleted forms, showing:

  - Form name

  - User who deleted it

  - Date and time of deletion

1. Keep the log for a limited period (e.g., 15 or 30 days) to avoid performance issues.

2. (Optional but highly valuable) Allow recovery of deleted forms within that retention period, in case the deletion was accidental or the form is needed for reference.

This functionality would greatly improve administrative control, prevent the loss of critical data, and enhance overall traceability in GoFormz.
