  1. Why is it that the Report can show Template Field meta data for 'Created Date' and 'Created By Name' and yet these aren't available in the workflow to export to excel? These exist in the data so why am I not able to reference in my workflow?

    All meta data is important information. Knowing who the original creator of a form was is more important to me than who took ownership or edited the record.

    I believe that all form fields and meta data fields should be accessible in workflows, for filtering or in exporting the data to other applications…

  2. The ability to include an audit trail of where an email was triggered from. For example, within the Message Status tab - if you click on an email it will populate a Message Status box. We should include info on whether that email was triggered from a Template Event (and if so - which Template), in addition to if it was fired from a Workflow (and which Workflow)

  3. Deleted forms remain in UPSERT excel document. I understand UPSERT is only update and insert, but it would be great to be able to trigger removal of rows when a form is deleted from GoFormz.

  4. Having the ability to pull the "last login date" of a user in the account. This can currently be done by exporting the csv file now but isn't able to be pulled through the API.

  7. Once a form is completed by the instructor, it moves to the head of training who needs to check the content and then sign it off. As well as a signature and typed in name, a electronic / pdf stamp of sorts can be added.

  8. Hi! This seems like a pretty straightforward request. I like to manage every failure that happens on our workflow jobs. Sometimes failures will happen for unforeseen or seemingly random reasons, but if they are not fixed it can result in lost revenue for us. I am sure conventional knowledge would say to just rerun the workflow, but our workflows are pretty complex and 99% of the time are not fixed just by simply rerunning it.     I'm wondering if we can compress files into Zip in workflow and upload the compressed file to sharepoint folder.
    Our purpose is to move every job related file into one folder, so a zip file compressing can be a Creating New Folder action.

  14. I would like to include a hyperlink to the form in a notification. This way, the person receiving the notification doesn't have to sort/hunt for the recently submitted form, then can click straight into the form and take ownership, or close the form and search for other relevant information.

    Right now, including the PDF is helpful, but the PDF format is difficult to read and does not allow access to other areas of the form my new user group is required to complete.

  17. A single workflow trigger that works across all three events would be super helpful for replicating GoFormz data to a data warehouse. This would enable advanced reporting for draft vs. completed forms, and make workflow management much easier as you wouldn't need separate workflows for Complete vs. Delete like we do now.

  19. A workflow step to get a report from Smartsheets. This would help in cases where companies have data spread across numerous, large sheets. This would also assist the user to bring in a smaller dataset that will fit within the current 10k row limit.
