  1. Goformz Users and Groups API incomplete.

    The GoFormz API for Users and groups current only allow you to return current users.

    Request the Following additions:
    1. Update Get-User and Get-UserList to return Active State and Last Login Date
    2. Add Update-User API to update user's Status (Active, True/False)
    3. Delete User from system (Item 2 may be enough, as this might break referential integrality).
    4. Add User to Group
    5. Remove User from Group.
    6. Create Group
    7. Delete Group

  7. Form - separate pages by owner

    I've got a 4 page form that our users complete. One of the pages, the user doesn't see. The user's manager receives the document but the user does not because it transfers to his manager. The user wants to be able to see the form he completes. Is there a way to customize what pages the user can see in his GF account?

  11. Delete Permission Based Per Template Folder

    Have permission to delete based on the template folder instead of the user group. Basically, "Delete Forms" should be a third column next to "Use templates" and "View all forms" in the user group settings.

    Our users are getting drowned in drafts they can't delete. I'd be happy to let them delete forms from some folders, but not others. Unfortunately the option isn't that granular...

  12. Advanced Reopen Completed Forms Time Feature

    An advanced feature to "Reopen Completed Forms" in user permissions that allows a group to reopen completed forms for only a selected period of time (Example: within one hour from submitting the form)
