Permission to Manage Users
Create a permission level that allows users to add users, but not access templates and datasources. Like a "user admin" level.

We introduced a new permission for User management. To manage this, go to a group, click the settings icon, and then toggle the User Management permission (listed under "Management permissions").
This permission allows non-admins to manage specific user-related tasks, such as adding users to the account, moving users between groups, and activating or deactivating users. As a note, this permission does not allow non-admins to create nor modify account administrators.

Do you guys have a timeline to add this functionality? The idea would be to add a toggle for "Users & Groups" under the "Management Permissions" settings for a group. With this feature a user could add and deactivate users and groups, but not see templates, datasources, others forms, etc.
