Delete Permission Based Per Template Folder
Have permission to delete based on the template folder instead of the user group. Basically, "Delete Forms" should be a third column next to "Use templates" and "View all forms" in the user group settings.
Our users are getting drowned in drafts they can't delete. I'd be happy to let them delete forms from some folders, but not others. Unfortunately the option isn't that granular...

You can now allow users to delete drafted forms by enabling the setting in Users & Groups > Group Settings. This gives teams more control over managing in-progress work.
