Mobile and Desktop Push Notifications with sound
For both Mobile and Desktop we would like Push Notifications. Not just for mobile with a traditional Push Notification and sound, but also for Desktop so we can have an immediate notification without just searching for the bell. Thank you again for the consideration.

Dear Team, we got some issues on Sync, might because massive Data uploading.
We have to call and beg every user out there to log out and log in and Sync all data from 0.
So we believe an option to log off all users would force everyone to re-log in and Sync all data.Thanks

Provide prompt to user to let them know they have X number of drafts
When user opens the app have a notification of some sort that tells them they have X number of forms in the state of "Draft".
Currently users often forget to complete their drafts and they totally forget about them; then I have to send out reminders asking they complete them or let me know if I Can delete them.

Prompt to save a copy of a photo taken while in app to their device or not
Add support for choosing if you would like to save a copy of an image taken while completing an Image or Sketch field to your device.
Currently, all images taken through the GoFormz mobile app are saved to the device automatically.

Mobile App should include Admin Interface
The mobile App or Tablet app should include "Admin Interface" to be able to easily manage, monitor and get the latest update of all other users forms in realtime. Admins should be able to do everything on the Mobile App like they can do on a web browser "On the Go".

Auto-capitalize
When typing in the mobile app the sentences never auto capitalize at the start of a sentence. This is a normal feature in Android and one I would expect to find in the mobile app. Could you please update to app to use this feature.

Voice Transcription
Hello Team!
Our field guys are running into issues with their devices when out in extreme temps. These devices (iPads) are shutting down due to getting too cold or too hot. I have tried many cases, but they are not the solution for us. I am thinking your Team can achieve this by exploring and expanding GoFormz' s use of Voice Transcription. I am aware you have voice-to-text on mobile, but I am thinking of the form User having the ability to 'start form with voice transcription' and allow that user to move from field to field via voice commands…

Mobile App - Push template edits to forms in drafted state
Ability to update the template version on forms in drafted state via the mobile app. Currently today you are only able to update the template version through the web app. This request is to allow this functionality for the mobile app.

Shared Folder Search
Add the functionality to be able to search the Share Folder on mobile devices. We have many forms in shared folders and as of now users can only find drafts they need to complete by scrolling, hunting and pecking. We should be able to search the folder by form name.

Subfolders Structure doesn't appear on mobile app
Recently subfolders were released to organize folders on desktop which is great but those subfolders don't appear on mobile. There is just one flat folder list of all folders which defeats the benefit of form organization for end users.
It sure would be great if the mobile app honored the same folder structure as they are designed in the admin interface.

"Share" Modal for Windows App
Want to be able to pull open the Share Modal that exists for Apple, where you can easily share a form PDF via email, text, AirDrop, etc. This used to exist in the old app version.

Deeplinks With Return URL
Currently, Deeplinks performed by custom actions cannot accept a return value(s). This would be helpful to integrate into payment systems such as Square that can ingest a deeplink, but sends a response confirmation back when payment is processed.

Automatically download all 'synced' templates on Mobile apps to ensure availability without internet on every single template if using a mobile device.

View Sync Status On Menu Bar
Users sometimes don't wait for the device to sync before starting a new form. Sometimes this creates issues with the app. Showing the sync status on the bottom menu bar or maybe highlighting the menu bar in orange or green to show the status would be great enhancement.
