Being able to organize clients into folders will greatly increase organizational aspects of keeping track of client invoices. Cut down the time in finding clients material without having to constantly search for each client when updating and managing clients invoices. It will reduce the amount of pages as invoices will be gathered into folders. This will definitely increase the efficiency of the workflow.

Being able to organize clients invoices by color will greatly increase recognizing the status of client invoices. It will reduce the amount of time it takes to organize invoices. This will definitely increase the efficiency of the workflow.
