"User x has been added to your account"
Every time a user is removed from your account the account holder receives an email
"User y has been removed from your account"
This fiendishly simple trick would make it much easier to track account changes, especially when they are being billed out to clients.
It's so simple you could probably have this added by Monday.

This would be a great enhancement to forms, saves space visually instead of adding a checkbox group.
