We have a large form with some integrated external systems in place. We would like to perform E2E testing on changes we make to the form prior to publishing them, but are unable to do this within the "draft -> publish" system.

One feature that would fulfill our requirements would be the ability to transfer the contents of one form (which we would use as our development form) to another (our production form) without changing the form ID of the production form. That way, we could create a full development environment of our external systems and test them in conjunction with our development form.
