Default to Show in Checkbox Groups

When creating a checkbox group it currently defaults to only show the first item, and the rest need to be manually selected in the properties on the side. All items in a group should be defaulted to show when creating the checkbox.

    I agree with Greg. they should all default to show and then you can hide values if needed.
