It is critical to us to have alerts of some sort if a form is not completed on time. Currently, GoFormz does not have this capability. It would enable us to bring on many more users if this was possible.

Every time a user is added to your account the account holder receives an email

"User x has been added to your account"

Every time a user is removed from your account the account holder receives an email

"User y has been removed from your account"

This fiendishly simple trick would make it much easier to track account changes, especially when they are being billed out to clients.

It's so simple you could probably have this added by Monday.

In the web app, the notification new messages indicator is red. Might be nicer if it were green if there are no error messages.

I have an idea for providing a notice to users you transfer forms to. After you select Transfer form, have a menu pop up for Notify User either by Email, Text or None. That would help the users identify when they have a new form assigned to them from admins.

Recieve an email or in-app (web only) notification when a form is transferred to you.

Notification sent when a Form is deleted.

Notification sent when a completed Form is reopened.
