3. Can we please add more than two templates to a report. Unlimited would be nice, but I would need at a minimum for six templates.

   We would love to have push notifications to device to complete time sensitive forms, and emails to alert people (management) if forms are not completed for in person or phone call follow up.

   It is critical to us to have alerts of some sort if a form is not completed on time. Currently, GoFormz does not have this capability. It would enable us to bring on many more users if this was possible.

    We have a lot of different Categories of folders, and would benefit from folder nesting. Currently, there are NO folder nesting capabilities :(
