  1. Ability to have form group visibility based on User groups not on Template folders. This makes it very difficult for Admins to structure group permissions when they want to limit users on viewing other groups' forms.

    We're excited to announce that the "View member's Forms" permission is now available to all accounts. This new Template folder permission allows for more precise organization of your users and groups. To explore all the group permissions we offer, please review this article.

  2. Have permission to delete based on the template folder instead of the user group. Basically, "Delete Forms" should be a third column next to "Use templates" and "View all forms" in the user group settings.

    Our users are getting drowned in drafts they can't delete. I'd be happy to let them delete forms from some folders, but not others. Unfortunately the option isn't that granular...

  3. Add the support for non-admins (those who are not in the Administrator Group) to be able to access and edit the Workflow tab.

    We introduced a new group permission for Workflows. To manage this, you would go to a group, click the settings icon, and then toggle the Workflow permission (listed under "Management permissions"). This allows administrators to grant or revoke full access to Workflows for the entire group of users.

  4. Add permission controls to the ability to delete draft forms. This also included the ability to only delete a form if it is in draft status, but not if it is in completed status.

    We introduced a new permission allowing users to Delete drafted Forms. To manage this, go to a group, click the settings icon, and then toggle the permission (listed under "Form permissions"). This permission is available on web and on the latest version of the GoFormz mobile app (4.0.780).

  5. Ability to expose the password after you've typed it in on the login page.
