Toggle between different permission settings to verify permission-based field properties functionality.
If a user could toggle through permission settings/Groups in the Template Editor's "Preview" mode, then field properties (like "Lock first value") could be properly tested.

MAKE LIST FORM PDF AVAILABLE TO SEND VIA EMAIL
LIST VIEW FORMS - THIS FEATURE WOULD BE GREAT ONLY IF IT WAS ALSO AVAILABLE TO BE PDF DOWNLOADABLE AS WELL AND ABLE TO SEND VIA EMAIL. WHAT IS THE POINT IN CREATING THIS TO HAVE IMAGES IF YOU CAN NOT SEND THE IMAGES TO CUSTOMERS.

It would be helpful to have the ability to change which metadata the filtering tool indexes off of within the forms tab. Currently, the filtering tool indexes off of 'Last Updated By' which isn't always the most helpful. I would like the ability to filter off of 'Completed Date' or 'Created Date' - For example: I want to see all of my forms from last week, but when I select the 'Last Week' filter it shows me forms that were simply updated last week, not necessarily completed or created last week.

Duplicate Draft Template
Can you please add the option to duplicate the current draft of a template? The work around I was given makes it really hard to push out beta versions to test with a smaller group.

RevertBut this causes my draft to go away. I can't edit it and if I need to make any changes after beta testing, I have to revert to the previous version again which would push it out to the users unless I can update the changes fast enough.

We have clients that ask for timestamp as well as co-ordinates and address. When attaching photos to a form from the ‘Camera’ option on Goformz, it only opens the IOS Camera app which doesn’t have these. I have already added on the time stamp function to the form template but there are no coordinates or address shown. Can you add a function to be able to use another Camera app such as the ‘Timestamp Basic’ camera app which we use regularly? Distinction Between Draft and Open Forms
GoFormz really needs to make a distinction between drafts, open, and completed forms.
Right now, there are only draft forms and completed forms. This has caused me to run into a lot of walls while developing templates/workflows and managing our extensive forms.
I propose that forms should have 3 distinct statuses:
Draft - A draft is a form that has been created, but has not yet been submitted by its creator. Drafts are simply forms where the creator has started up the form, used the "Save" feature to come back later, but hasn't actually submitted the form yet.

Ability to search forms based on custom field content, not just form name/title
Currently using the web app forms search allows you to search for terms only in the form name/title, so we are forced to put specific values into the title, such as Customer ID, Sales ID, etc.
Unfortunately there are more fields we need to search by than would fit nicely in the name of each form, such as invoice numbers, personnel ID's, etc.
It would be great if we could search specific fields within the forms; when creating a template, you can nominate specific fields/inputs to be indexed for searching.

Do not disable default form names after editing
I love the idea of Default Form Names, but sometimes we want to add additional info manually to the names (for viewing by management and techs). For the future, if there was a way to be able to have the form fields chosen to be re-input automatically after default form name has been manually changed. (Example, I have the date field as an automatic form name. If we do not know the date of install and I update the form name with additional info, I would love if the date could still appear when we finally input a date later).

Ability to bulk change form names historically
Most of our forms follow specific naming conventions which helps with searchability, however, our naming conventions have changed over time, and new ID fields are required for improving searchability.
For example, we may now need to put 'Invoice Number' into the form name so we can easily search that, or for when we export as PDF and store them or send them to clients.
Being able to re-structure the dynamically created form name such as '[InvoiceNumber] - [CustomerName] - ([Address])' and then update ALL forms that are part of that template (and by extension previous template versions) would be very…

Omit Forms Using Filters
The same way we are able to filter by User, Tag, Date Range etc... I think it would be great if we could also filter the forms tab to omit certain users, tags, or date ranges. Sometimes I'd like to be able to look at all forms that DON'T have a certain user, or tag.

A log of the history of form views and PDF uploads
It would be useful to have a log in the GoFormz platforms of who has viewed a form and who has selected the "Export to PDF" option.

Temlates page sizing has to be consistent with the page uploaded(Page size detection)
Template builder has to detect the size of the uploaded document and match it with the background of the form depending on it's size.
Does not make sense to upload two documents with the same width and when uploaded have different width on the template.

Reopened Forms Should Have Updated Form Version
Reopened forms should show only the updated version of the form. Currently, when a completed form is updated by an "Update Form" step in a workflow, the updated version of the form does not automatically apply to the form. When reopening the form, you get a warning window which lets you know that a new version of the form has been saved and there is an option to "View Updated Form" and "Continue to Save". Clicking on "View Updated Form" opens a new window with the updated version of the form while "Continue to Save" overwrites the updated version. This…

Framework for testing changes to forms with associated external systems
We have a large form with some integrated external systems in place. We would like to perform E2E testing on changes we make to the form prior to publishing them, but are unable to do this within the "draft -> publish" system.
One feature that would fulfill our requirements would be the ability to transfer the contents of one form (which we would use as our development form) to another (our production form) without changing the form ID of the production form.
