Direct Menu Link to Manage Collections
When updating Collections, at this point in time I have to go into a form that has this link within it. Is it possible to create an independent main menu link to Manage Collections without have to go through a form to do so?

Required Fields "Check" Action Without Completing the Form
Context: We utilize required fields prominently in other templates. Users need to be able to have a button that mimics "Check Complete" display in template preview. Conceptually, the idea is to allow users to check that required fields are addressed prior to hitting the save/complete button.

Be able to see Row numbers as reference when editing template
Want to be able to see the row number of each of the rows as a reference without creating a separate column with a calculation "=Row()".

Public Forms Credit
Can we have options where we can set that at the Credit Threshold we sent, to refill Credits automatically at a set amount and Goformz can email us that it was processed.
E.g. at 20 credits refill 100.
The current system makes it that we need to log in etc and we can miss an email.

Dynamic Tables
It would be good to have dynamic tables, so that lines can be added as needed. For example on a service report to record parts used, or days worked. If we set up the timesheet portion as 7 days and the job takes 10 days, they curranty would need to open another report.

Deep Links should be accessible from Completed Forms, not just Drafts.
Deep Links should be accessible from Completed Forms, not just Drafts. A form is not validated for errors unless you choose Complete. If everything is good then we have to reopen the form in order to access the Deep Links to start another form submission. At the end of the day the user then has to go back into their app or the goformz web browser and change all of the entries to completed.

font
Would love to have a way to bold/underline/italicize my generated text in a given form so I can move away from creating certificates in MS Word. I lose an hour a day using Word while the data is already in goformz.

Public form default email change
When sending a public form via email, the name and email do not auto populate from the form, and Subject and Body auto populate with the form name and there is no way to change what it defaults to.
There is no way to set up a formula to bring in the name and email from the form nor to change the subject or bodies default script.
For example, instead of the form name I would like to change it to my name or the company name.
Right now the form Subject is "Please review and complete [formname]" and the…

Multiple signatures options on Public forms
Please add the ability to request multiple signatures on public forms. In today's environment of electronic contracts, such as real estate/mortgage documents, there is many times more than one party needs to sign a contract. Currently, you do not offer a solution for this, unless it is through a very manual process of getting one signature, bringing in that document, uploading the PDF as a new template/form and sending back out again. This is a shortfall in your current offering, compared to one of your large competitors, Adobe Sign. We love working with you much more but that functionality is…

History
I wanted to share an idea that I believe could enhance the functionality of your software, particularly for users involved in reporting and maintenance tasks. The addition of a "Ghost Form" feature would be highly beneficial.
This feature would enable technicians to view and utilize data from previous reports while creating new ones. By having access to the historical faults, notes, and details from past reports, technicians can maintain consistency in their reporting of a specific asset over time. This not only streamlines the reporting process but also ensures a comprehensive overview of the asset's maintenance history.

Both Form and List View Possible on one Public Form
Goal would be to have a quick and easy Section A that looks like List View, while a more formal and customized Form View shows as Section B below. Section A data would populate into Section B for an easier sign process for the form filler. DocuSign just rolled out something to this effect but it's clunky.

Table Alignment
Alignment settings for all field types need to have the same options whether they are a standalone field, within a table, or when set using a multiline setting.
Alignment requirements need to include left, right, center for horzontal positioning and top, center, bottom for vertical positioning.
Currently tables do not allow a consistent appearance when using more than one field type across the page leaving the resulting document looking unprofessional.

Template Event Tag - Removal and Change
Template Events (and Workflows) should be able to Remove, or Change or Replace Tags. So a Submitted form can be tagged for Review but having a "For Review" tag once the form has been reviewed and completed and gets tagged "Completed" no longer needs a "For Review" tag.

Changes to a completed form highlighted
If a completed form is re-opened and completed again, any changes that took place (fields) are highlighted. i.e. Changing my name on the form with have the next revision highlight the name field in a colour. (yellow as an example).

Repeating lines/sections, like adding a new table row, but with multiple photo/sketch support
The ability to add repeating sections and/or multiple image or sketch options to tables would be very helpful for creating inspections or quotes that have an unknown number of line items.
Create the inspection/quote, have a button that says "add new item" (like on a table), fill in the details, add 0 or more photos, save, then hit "add new item" again, and repeat ad nauseum.
