Duplicate Draft Template
Can you please add the option to duplicate the current draft of a template? The work around I was given makes it really hard to push out beta versions to test with a smaller group.
Work around:
Publish changes
Duplicate
RevertBut this causes my draft to go away. I can't edit it and if I need to make any changes after beta testing, I have to revert to the previous version again which would push it out to the users unless I can update the changes fast enough.

We have clients that ask for timestamp as well as co-ordinates and address. When attaching photos to a form from the ‘Camera’ option on Goformz, it only opens the IOS Camera app which doesn’t have these. I have already added on the time stamp function to the form template but there are no coordinates or address shown. Can you add a function to be able to use another Camera app such as the ‘Timestamp Basic’ camera app which we use regularly? Needs a deleted folder category
I believe this is a very good program. However, I see a thing it might need. I believe it should have a folder that sends the deleted files to where you can view them even after you delete just in case you make a mistake a delete one that you shouldn't. It could be kept in the deleted folder for 30 days and then automatically delete. I made a mistake earlier and deleted a form that I am unable to get back.

Add border styles
It would be very nice if you could add a border around field for text and check marks. Right now it looks horrible when we have a required field and we can only add the background color. Also, this would help when we are creating a new form, we wouldn't have to add a square where the input field would go. We could just drop the field on the page and add a border so it shows on the page.

Distinction Between Draft and Open Forms
GoFormz really needs to make a distinction between drafts, open, and completed forms.
Right now, there are only draft forms and completed forms. This has caused me to run into a lot of walls while developing templates/workflows and managing our extensive forms.
I propose that forms should have 3 distinct statuses:
Draft - A draft is a form that has been created, but has not yet been submitted by its creator. Drafts are simply forms where the creator has started up the form, used the "Save" feature to come back later, but hasn't actually submitted the form yet.

I recommend that the social security numbers option and letter resize will be very useful if it is formatted automatically.

Posibility to add field "required" in table cell
It would be nice if it is possible to add the function "required" in the table cell, as the check item allows. So it is not neccesary to add a lot of check marks in documents as check list. If it is availabla that option, it woud be faster to state as requited a long check list, using table cells instead of checks.

Let form designer define the input interface for the Time field that the end user sees
We would like the ability for the form designer to choose which time entry method is displayed for the Time field. In the desktop form experience, time entry is displayed as a window with 3 dropdowns (Hour, Minute, and AM/PM). However, on the same form in the mobile experience, the time entry is displayed in a clock face, where first you must select the hour on the clock face and then the minute, which we have come to realize is apparently confusing to some users, resulting in incorrect time entry. More visible tags
When there are more than 2 tags on a form, you see the first two then a link that will say "2 more" if there was say 4. I'm left with enough empty white space for like 10 tags, and the 1 and 2 more situations feel silly to have to click in. Would be nice if there was more visible, say cut of at 5 or 4 instead of 2, or if it was dynamic and you can show as many as you have white space for.

Ability to search forms based on custom field content, not just form name/title
Currently using the web app forms search allows you to search for terms only in the form name/title, so we are forced to put specific values into the title, such as Customer ID, Sales ID, etc.
Unfortunately there are more fields we need to search by than would fit nicely in the name of each form, such as invoice numbers, personnel ID's, etc.
It would be great if we could search specific fields within the forms; when creating a template, you can nominate specific fields/inputs to be indexed for searching.

Do not disable default form names after editing
I love the idea of Default Form Names, but sometimes we want to add additional info manually to the names (for viewing by management and techs). For the future, if there was a way to be able to have the form fields chosen to be re-input automatically after default form name has been manually changed. (Example, I have the date field as an automatic form name. If we do not know the date of install and I update the form name with additional info, I would love if the date could still appear when we finally input a date later).

Better Search Capabilities for Database Field
Is there way to make the search function for the database dropdown menu more dynamic? It requires you to type the phrase in the exact order which is a little bit restrictive. For example, if I am searching for the name William Florin Smith, I cannot type in William Smith, because it is missing Florin, it will only show up if I type in William Florin. Is there a way to make the search a little more dynamic with the options it shows?
