  2. Need an option to require that pictures are taken directly in forms/ restrict option to choose from personal library. Techs are taking photos and neglecting to fill out forms. Too many time stamps with "No Date"... looks unprofessional. Forcing photos to be taken in report would help to break the lazy habit.

  4. Support for Row Offsets in Table Formulas
    Currently, GoFormz formulas allow using Row() and Column() to reference the current position in a table, but there is no support for offsets like Row()-1 or Row()+1. This limitation makes it impossible to create dynamic formulas that reference previous or next rows without manually writing separate formulas for each row or adding helper columns.
    Adding support for simple arithmetic in row and column indices would enable users to build scalable, dynamic calculations in a single formula. This would reduce template setup time, minimize errors, and improve flexibility for use cases such as cumulative…

  5. Add option to Template Trigger that displays PDF in the body of the email along with the attached PDF. This would be helpful for receiver of the email to quick read or move to another folder without opening the PDF to identify what project is reporting.

  6. Link text boxes so when you fill up one box it continues on another. I have multiple page service reports where the work detail on the first page can carry over to the next. If we can link the 2, multi-line text boxes together it would help prevent information from being cut off and help to continue the data entry without having to click on a different text box to continue.

  7. Update list view to be like and App based form, so we can build out columns, fields to be better driven from the form.
    Allow us to then export this as a PDF doc, instead of using page base which then we a limited to the page control.

    You could then allow the workflow to have a word doc in sharepoint with embedded Links you use in the workflow to create the PDF.
    Reducing the admin time to update Goformz to latest doc format.

  10. Currently, GoFormz does not provide a feature that allows administrators to see which forms have been deleted or identify the user who performed the deletion. This creates a gap in control and traceability, especially in environments where multiple users work with the same templates or workflows.

    I propose adding a "Deleted Forms Log" feature that would:

    1. Display a history of recently deleted forms, showing:
      - Form name
    
      - User who deleted it
    
      - Date and time of deletion
    
    1. Keep the log for a limited period (e.g., 15 or 30 days) to avoid performance issues.

  11. Create a special text field for email addresses that will catch most typos when users enter an address. The field should automatically check for the inclusion of "@", at least one "." after the @ sign, and no spaces. If a user enters an invalid address, it shows an error message, e.g. "Invalid Email Syntax". This would eliminate a large proportion of my workflows failing on sending or emails.

The email that is sent when a user wants to save progress on a public form before they are ready to submit it comes from "via sendgrid.net" and never uses the term "GoFormz" in the text of the email. So if it is filtered into spam/trash/junk folders, it can't be found in an email search using the most logical term of "goformz". This is strange because the email that is sent when the the same link to return to the form will expire in 48 hours comes form no-reply@goformz.com and the text includes a signature, "Thanks, The GoFormz Team."   13. I cannot preview/pick out my own LOTO unless it's through a JSA. As a tech 2 who leads my own crews, I should be able to select a new LOTO form. Tasks of jobs change and I should have the tools readily available to me when those changes happen. Thanks.

  14. When creating a checkbox group it currently defaults to only show the first item, and the rest need to be manually selected in the properties on the side. All items in a group should be defaulted to show when creating the checkbox.

  15. If a user has permission to re-open a form, there should be a cooldown period before they can re-open and complete it again. The cooldown should last until the previously triggered workflow has fully finished. This safeguard will prevent duplicate workflow triggers and avoid conflicts with the results of the initial workflow.

  17. The new layout of the field properties pane in the template editor is very annoying with the tabbed layout ("settings" and "appearance"). It was much better when all the properties were visible in a single pane. Also, the font size is bigger and so there is too much wasted/blank space on the screen. When adjusting the field properties, I now find myself having to constantly click back and forth between the "settings" and "appearance" tabs, which is adding more clicks and taking longer to make adjustments.   18. When Loto is selected there needs to be a preview to ensure correct loto is being used. Also in the same aspect when A JSA is getting approved the loto needs to be previewed to insure proper one is utilized.

  19. Please enable system-level autocorrect for all text fields on both PC and Mac versions of GoFormz. Currently, text entries do not take advantage of built-in autocorrect, which users expect when typing full sentences.

    This enhancement would significantly improve writing accuracy, especially for field teams who may have less advanced writing skills. We frequently see preventable spelling and grammar errors in submitted forms, and these mistakes can be visible to customers—negatively affecting the perceived quality of our work.

    Enabling autocorrect would streamline data entry, reduce errors, and improve overall professionalism in the documents generated through GoFormz.

  20. If an entire page is hidden, it makes logical sense that the fields on their marked as required are not in fact required to be completed since the user can not access them at all.

    I recently learned we have to add a condition to every required field on a potentially hidden page to honor the same formula as the one being determined to hide the page in the first place.
