  1. Currently using the web app forms search allows you to search for terms only in the form name/title, so we are forced to put specific values into the title, such as Customer ID, Sales ID, etc.

Unfortunately there are more fields we need to search by than would fit nicely in the name of each form, such as invoice numbers, personnel ID's, etc.

It would be great if we could search specific fields within the forms; when creating a template, you can nominate specific fields/inputs to be indexed for searching.

The down side of this is if you have 20…

  2. My end users would love if there were a way to have their cursor automatically progress to the next field after they've entered a value.

  3. The ability to export both list view and form view in the same PDF - use case: the template is using form view for the first page and list view for techs to fill out. Both views need to be in the PDF

  4. The same way we are able to filter by User, Tag, Date Range etc... I think it would be great if we could also filter the forms tab to omit certain users, tags, or date ranges. Sometimes I'd like to be able to look at all forms that DON'T have a certain user, or tag.

  5. It would be useful to have a log in the GoFormz platforms of who has viewed a form and who has selected the "Export to PDF" option.

  6. For example, if the form results in something similar to pass or fail options. If a form is submitted as fail, then another follow up form can be auto-created and assigned to that specific user. It would be nice to include due dates with this as well so the users can keep track of their forms that are due soon.

  7. Template builder has to detect the size of the uploaded document and match it with the background of the form depending on it's size.

Does not make sense to upload two documents with the same width and when uploaded have different width on the template.

  10. Reopened forms should show only the updated version of the form. Currently, when a completed form is updated by an "Update Form" step in a workflow, the updated version of the form does not automatically apply to the form. When reopening the form, you get a warning window which lets you know that a new version of the form has been saved and there is an option to "View Updated Form" and "Continue to Save". Clicking on "View Updated Form" opens a new window with the updated version of the form while "Continue to Save" overwrites the updated version. This…

  11. We have a large form with some integrated external systems in place. We would like to perform E2E testing on changes we make to the form prior to publishing them, but are unable to do this within the "draft -> publish" system.

One feature that would fulfill our requirements would be the ability to transfer the contents of one form (which we would use as our development form) to another (our production form) without changing the form ID of the production form. That way, we could create a full development environment of our external systems and test them in conjunction…

  12. Most of our forms follow specific naming conventions which helps with searchability, however, our naming conventions have changed over time, and new ID fields are required for improving searchability.

For example, we may now need to put 'Invoice Number' into the form name so we can easily search that, or for when we export as PDF and store them or send them to clients.

Being able to re-structure the dynamically created form name such as '[InvoiceNumber] - [CustomerName] - ([Address])' and then update ALL forms that are part of that template (and by extension previous template versions) would be very…

  13. When I create a workflow I'd like to be able to easily test a form against the workflow or put it into production on past forms by being able to run a batch of previously completed forms through my workflow (ideally workflow at a time, rather than triggering any/all of them). I'd like to be able to multi select a bunch of forms and similar to how there's a button to export, I want to a button to "Run a Workflow" and allow met to pick which workflow and run all the selected forms through the workflow.

  14. Good morning,

We have a really big need to make forms load faster. We have several people reviewing the forms that are submitted on a daily basis and we spend so much time just waiting for forms to load to be able to do any sort of a review. I have talked to several different people before with GoFormz, bought new computers, with faster processors, upgraded our internet speeds and still have yet to see a noticeable increase in speeds using the platform pulling up forms, searching forms, etc.

    Thank you

  15. It’s a nuisance, but the highlighter tool in drawing entries is not transparent anymore. Would be handy to have (or I’ve missed it?!) a transparency slider for that brush.

  16. Context: We utilize required fields prominently in other templates. Users need to be able to have a button that mimics "Check Complete" display in template preview. Conceptually, the idea is to allow users to check that required fields are addressed prior to hitting the save/complete button.

  18. Please consider this a request to have buttons added, some examples are as below:

    1. Pagination buttons (auto display a "button" that is dynamic and can be set to include a reference to what page it is on in the current template/form
    2. On/Off or a "Toggle"
    3. Add Page
    4. Add Photos

  19. Deep Links should be accessible from Completed Forms, not just Drafts. A form is not validated for errors unless you choose Complete. If everything is good then we have to reopen the form in order to access the Deep Links to start another form submission. At the end of the day the user then has to go back into their app or the goformz web browser and change all of the entries to completed.

  20. Alignment settings for all field types need to have the same options whether they are a standalone field, within a table, or when set using a multiline setting.

Alignment requirements need to include left, right, center for horzontal positioning and top, center, bottom for vertical positioning.

Currently tables do not allow a consistent appearance when using more than one field type across the page leaving the resulting document looking unprofessional.
