Visual Form Versions - Form Screen and Workflow Screen
See the form version that was completed in the Forms screen and the Workflow Jobs Screen (in the Workflow Job against the form. This would allow developers to see if the completed form was an older version, which caused the error in the workflow. And let them know if a user has not updated their tablet/Mobile/account to pull in the newest versions. Added to this, allow one click version updates to workflow Job screen to re-run the workflows.

Allow export and import of the underlying code of templates (JSON, etc.)
I would like to be able to export, edit, and import the underlying code of templates (whether it's JSON, or some other format). This would allow me to use an IDE, which would massively speed up the development of large templates. This would be particularly useful for list view forms.

Force Sync
Have a way admin can force devices to Sync all Templates the moment the device is connected to internet. As we push updates or new template, device dont alway sync the latest, even though it has said so. Currently a tablet restart, always results in full sync.

Ability to remove failed jobs
I want the be able to delete a failed workflows without re-running the failed workflow. I have several job failures, I understand the problem and have either fixed or provider a workaround, however in the process of solving the issues I have removed some parts of the job. The workflow cannot be re-run as the workflow dose not exist anymore. this failure can not be cleared and I don't want to look at it.

Make the Custom Functions builder a global variable
Make the Custom Function builder a "global variable", this will allow a heavily used function to be able to be pulled into a form whenever a new one is built. This will heavily reduce "time to build". And increase development speed, you could also align this custom function to the AI formula builder to seriously speed up the building process. The Variables in the formula can be "value" so that it pulls in the "value" of the control when used (up to the developer to change it for the form if required.

Ability to swap out PDF background in a form instead of template.
Usecase: Hundreds of forms with preprinted text are received each day from the utility company to dispatch techs for testing and repairing various equipment for customers. Each preprinted form needs to be uploaded as the background for the form. Currently each time, a new template needs to be published for every test/repair or set of tests/repairs. If the background could be swapped out on the form level this would avoid a lot of extra work and templates to keep track of. or update when updates are needed.

List view add * for required fields on Mobile
on the web in list view there is a * next to all required fields, but that is not the case on mobile.

Template "Preview" or "Zoom-in view" during form creation- displaying the full name of the template before creating the form.
Having the ability to hover over the templates available when selecting a form to "preview" or "zoom-in" the form and see the full template name.

Required field only pops up when going to complete form
Have the ability to have a stop point for required fields when manually transferring forms. A required field allows it to be blank when transferring from group/person to group/person. Right now it is only set for when clicking complete.

Add additional LOTOS
Can we please get additional LOTOS added to the LOTO drop down for example 0046-0174, 0045-2636,0046-0181. These LOTOS are all located in T-doc but they have not been approved and added to the LOTO library.

Loto
On the loto document you can apply any tech's name regardless of loto level. Also, if I TYSHW sign a loto step I can put another tech name down for the verification for the next step making him responsible with no knowledge.
For instance,
we started the hub loto document I signed off the first step for rotor pin. The following step is loto on a breaker I can put a different techs name for that step and continuing this throughout all the steps. Including putting techs that are not the proper loto level.1 vote -

Email
My Company uses Goformz as work forms showing work done on each job. We then email the forms into a collective email box for approval. A second shop under our account is using two approvals levels, (Supervisor Level, and Approver level) once the field hand completes the form it is transferred to Supervisor group. Once the supervisor approves the time on the form, it is completed and transferred to Approver group. Both times an email is sent to the inbox letting them know a form was sent to the group each with email subjects denoting the stage of approval for…
